The reason I stopped by Park Frankendael yesterday: White Storks.
I really like this one, Levina. A good reason to stop by there.

I shoot fly by’s if only to not lose my BIF skills. Almost all are deleted. But there are exceptions. This one is from last November, late afternoon in nice light.Very nice colours and tones. Beautiful.

Horse flowers, the Dartfords always seem to on gorse; think they nest at the base of the gorse bushes. Horse flowers? Interesting. We have horse flowers too but they look very different, although they’re also yellow and rather pretty. VSS2011 wrote in post #19520899 Thanks Levina. I've often seen crows sparrring with red kites. Always seems to be the crows picking a fight. Agreed. And I’ve seen crows also actually tease other birds. I have pics of a crow pulling a Grey Heron’s tail for no reason whatsoever. Just sneaking up on the Heron from behind, waiting, watching the Heron closely, then quickly pulling its tail and jumping away. When the Heron didn’t react the first time, the crow tried it again. And he did it a third time. He was like a kid doing something mischievous. It was quite amazing. LOL Wild Birds of Europe

sidknee Goldmember More info | May 21, 2023 07:49 | #3449 Levina de Ruijter wrote in post #19521130 I got Darktable working but it’s not the last version and it can’t open the files. However, updating messes up the app. Affinity photo can’t read the colour profile so every file is purple. Plus it’s a bad raw converter anyway. I even tried online raw converters. None could read the files. Today I’m going to try to install Windows 10 on one of my SSD’s. I’ve prepared my Mac Pro for it and am going to try it. I might brick my Mac though… That sounds a bit drastic, can't you uninstall Darktable and delete any files in your user directory and then install the latest version clean? Bear in mind I know nothing of Macs!
