Vivitar 253 - Help!!

Hello everyone:

I just found a Vivitar 253 Flash unit in my closet that I forgot I had. The trouble is I don't have a manual for it, and I'm not exactly sure what all of its features are. If anyone knows where I can get a copy of the manual online or can tell me a little bit about this monster I'd love to hear from you. I would like to use it in the studio as an optical slave.

I just picked one up for $10 and had the same issue, but I found an archive of the manual.
