R5 turned OFF top LCD panel shows last used mode.

Update: Spoke to canon technical support says this is normal and it will not harm the LCD.
The R5 is a very nice camera but this is a little annoying.
Is there a setting to fully turn off the R5 camera and the last used mode on upper LCD panel without removing the battery?
