It might be-more markings in the breast than I've seen in a redtail, and the beak looks more "petite" than a redtail to me.

I'm thinking the 2nd from the bottom may be a Swainson's intermediate-morph. Smaller bill and long wing extending past the tail and the location would be more in line than a Broad-winged.

Nice set.

I think you're right. Thought of a Swainson's as a possibility myself but that's one I've never seen so wasn't sure.

This RTH is looking a bit blue. Or maybe a hint of ultra-violet? I've been carrying (only) my full-spectrum camera for the past few days and came across this hawk unexpectedly.

Full-Spectrum 60D with no filters (in the camera nor on the lens). Cropped, but no other color adjustments. Mostly SOOC.
