Taxboy Member 97 posts Likes: 14 Joined Aug 2006 More info | I've got the Ellie L bracket and the fact it's two pieces is an advantage; it means you can position the upright further away from the camera body to give more range of movement to the screen. I've found that if you leave the upright part close to the body the screen ends up effectively at right angles to the direction the lens is pointing !

Thanks, Jim Yes, it will interfere but it is adjustable.. Maybe a little fidgety, but it can be adjusted to not interfere when opening. It will not allow rotation once swung open. If you are serious--I suggest a trip to the Brick & Mortar camera store to see if it fits your needs.

It opens unrestricted when adjusted properly, but will not rotate fully once open. Sorry for the poor description Lester--it does work but is not 100% functional.
