That's odd Amass should have detected the EXTENDER and shown it in the EXIF data.

My recollection is that AMASS does not recognize extenders in any way. Have you tried adding one to your gear list? Maybe things have changed.

I added lens + Extender to the gear list, if it is in the Exif it will find it, adding to the gear list will help.

Looks like it's on a case-by-case basis. Searching for "1.4x" in the Canon gear list shows:

But that's better than it was last time I searched, which I am pretty sure came up with nada, so maybe these are slowly being added. I found no way to add either the EF 1.4x or the 70-200 in combination with the 1.4x.

Given that there are three versions of the 1.4x and of the 2x, if combos need to be entered separately I suspect this is work that will never actually get done.

Yes as I say I added the extender as lens plus extender in the gear editor (mods can do this).

I also added the Sony 200-600 as that was not showing up.

I have added the extender to my gear
the exif says RF100-500mm F4.5-7.1 L IS USM + EXTENDER RF1.4x

Those "should" work on DSLRs, but on a mirror less with an adaptor probably need to add the lens plus each extender as a separate item.

No option to add either the EF 1.4 or 2x III extender to gear list. I use the 1.4 w/ my EF 100-400mm and it always shows up here as shot at 560mm.
