PinholeR5 Goldmember More info | Oct 07, 2023 23:20 | #5136 I recently purchased a couple of the relatively new SmallRig LP-E6NH USB-C Rechargeable Camera Battery 4264 and had the opportunity to take them on two trips (with the R5, but did try them with the R7 as well). The batteries themselves seem to work fine in the R5 (and R7, R6 II) and so far I am very happy.

jamganz Goldmember More info | Cool! I just picked up a pair of these as well, although I haven't put them to use yet. Pretty much for same reason to hopefully have one less thing to pack when travelling! Hopefully, we can get same or close to same amount of shots with these between charges.

I am positively impressed by them! I have tried to use the in-camera charging option, but it is not very convenient: I can only charge when the camera is in the hotel. The SmallRig batteries allow me to leave one (or more) charging in the hotel while I am out and about taking pictures. It is much better than simply charging in-camera. Of course, I can use the original (or third-party) chargers for the batteries, but that is just one more thing to carry around. The batteries themselves seem to work fine in the R5 (and R7, R6 II) and so far I am very happy. What I like most is the glass of vino, good to see you7 have the important things in hand as well as charging batteries. Gear List
