IN May I was in Savute, Botswana and was lucky enough to find two male lions emerging from deep shade and into golden light. Bingo moment for a photographer. I tried this one in both B&W and natural colors

I also tried a few with light more directly on his face and with backlighting to create a nice rim light effect.
