I know I like to spend a lot of time on my deck in the summer relaxing, gardening and grilling. Show me your backyard projects and get-aways.

This challenge begins when posted and ends on Monday, July 11,2022, midnight GMT. Winner of this challenge will be announced shortly thereafter.

The Challenge Rules:

1. Camera: Any DIGITAL CAMERA is allowed, not just DSLR.
2. Time: Any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.
3. Size: Please visit Image Posting Rules.
4. Post Processing: Do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works.
5. Posting: ONE PHOTO per photographer per challenge. List camera model & lens used. Post brief EXIF data: ISO, shutter speed and aperture.
6. Commenting: No commenting during challenge. When the posting is closed and a winner declared, comments can be made in this thread.
7. Keep it clean, and both Family and Work safe.
8. Have questions, PM me.
9. Have lots of FUN!

>> THE WINNER ALWAYS SETS THE THEME FOR THE NEXT CHALLENGE, POSTS IT AND JUDGES IT - BE PREPARED!

This is our little slice of heaven where we spend most of our free time when we're not at our jobs. All of it is maintained by us. Cell phone pic.

Contest is now closed. Here are my humble comments...

RDWP- I love wraparound porches! They have a classic and timeless quality to them, and I could spend a lot of time just sitting there and reading my book;-)a
TORCHRIDER-That certainly is a slice of heaven and to have that in your own backyard...
OldCrow- On the flip side...fresh milk daily:lol:

I'm giving this one to RDWP for that wonderful porch and HMs to TORCH and Don;-)a
Thanks for playing guys! What's up next Rob?

Congratulations on the win Rob.

Really like your back yard TR.

Ed--my backyard neighbors are not milkers. :-(

Congrats Rob, that's a great photo.
Don, maybe a late night covert mission for milk is in order. Nice shot.
Ed, Thanks for hosting this contest. Looking forward to the next one.
