No one? I've been waiting for Canon to come out with a few of these lenses, more affordable RF lenses. Interesting that it has 2 rings on it, one does double duty as focus and zoom, with a switch to select which one is being used.

I’ll probably buy one sooner or later. I’m really happy with the 24-105 STM and the 100-400. Having a full-frame 15-400mm in three lenses for that price is very appealing to me. I don’t miss my EF L lenses, but I’m just an amateur…

Received both the RF 15-30 and RF 24 just starting to test lens yesterday so far I feel the RF 24 is sharper on both the R5 and R7
Here is a boring sample of the 15-30 no editing no crop

Patrick: Yes the lens has a switch on the barrel to toggle from focus / exposure control. Have used the ring for exposure so far. While it is not the L version (along with the price), I've found the lens performs fine (on R7).

This is the ghost lens. I'm probably going to FINALLY add a UWA and it's now just a choice between the EF-S 10-18 on my R7 or this one on a future FF.

Image editing and C&C always OK
Gear list plus: EF 1.4X II . TT1/TT5 . Bogen/Manfrotto 3021 w/3265 ball-mount
