Hello,

I have a shot of a building with some obviously dirty/stained brick. I want to clean off the stains. Not to make them look new and clean, but to fit in with the rest of the building. How can I accomplish this?

The portion that looks like I screwed up with the spot healing brush is actually like that.

I have Photoshop CS5.

Thanks.

The spot healing brush in photoshop, used in a little area at a time, will do a pretty good job. I justed tested it with a part of your image.

Filter _ Vanishing point .... clone in perspective. Not sure if in PS CS5.

If I may ask, what was you brush radius?

I just opened up, and CS5 does have vanishing point. Reading tutorials now.

If your goal is to just get rid of the rust stains then your best bet is to use frequency separation.

This is a quick edit...
