Digital Speed Challenge #723 Clouds

Both sides now... Are you an optimist or a pessimist? Clouds can convey fluffy, plush critters or ominous storms approaching. Give me your best examples of either. Best of luck!
This challenge begins when posted and ends on Monday, September 5th, 2022, midnight GMT. Winner of this challenge will be announced shortly thereafter.

The Challenge Rules:

1. Camera: Any DIGITAL CAMERA is allowed, not just DSLR.
2. Time: Any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.
3. Size: Please visit Image Posting Rules.
4. Post Processing: Do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works.
5. Posting: ONE PHOTO per photographer per challenge. List camera model & lens used. Post brief EXIF data: ISO, shutter speed and aperture.
6. Commenting: No commenting during challenge. When the posting is closed and a winner declared, comments can be made in this thread.
7. Keep it clean, and both Family and Work safe.
8. Have questions, PM me.
9. Have lots of FUN!

Happygav Ominous looking cloud Gav...it looks like a fist, ready to pound down on those trees! I'd be walking the other way

Choderboy Badass thunder clouds Dave...I like the tree silhouettes and I think I see a gator there close to the middle

Jerry-R There's almost nothing like a Florida sunrise! Beautifully red tinged morning clouds. I wish you would have cropped the parking lot out though, the turn arrow kinda pulls my eye away from those gorgeous clouds for a moment.

TORCHRIDER Wow! Not a day to go swimming, that's for sure! I'm seeing a pair of claw like demon hands getting ready to let go of that massive raincloud

rwmson Gorgeous IR mirror image of those clouds Roger. I'd like to see it cropped a bit on top for more symmetry, but beautiful none the less.

RDWP Very Striking. Is that a sunrise or sunset? None the less it looks very dramatic with the silhouettes in the foreground. well done, Rob!

First time participating for me and I was wondering too.

Next challenge will be #724.
Checking the competition section, bottom of the page is threads 1-2 months old.
So checking for new competition thread will be easy, it should be at the top or close to it.

If you don't trust your scanning skills, a search for "Digital Speed" in competition section will be an easy check too and a good way to check previous topics, which I'm about to do.
