I found a 1Ds Mark II at a decent price, and it looks quite good. But some of the rubber parts need replacing. Anyone who knows where I can find some of these at a not too hysterical price.

I'm not sure they are interested in helping me. indeed true, for a couple of reasons - firstly the 1Ds Mk II has been out of support by Canon for a few years now so they no longer hold any spares at all for these and secondly it seems that Canon (outside of the USA) often do not sell parts direct to the public. some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
