Please Share Your Canon 100mm Macro Lens Plus Extender Images

Morning all,

I am contemplating getting a Canon Extender for my Canon R6, to use mainly with my Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens, for macro photography

Would you good folks please be kind enough to share your images, using the above combination of lens and 1.4 or 2.0 extenders, and preferably with a full frame camera, so I can see what can be achieved in the right hands.

Hi Ian

If you are considering the Canon RF Extenders (x1.4 or x2), they are not physically compatible with Canon RF 100mm F2.8L IS USM.

The Canon Extenders have a protruding tube which would foul the almost flush glass element at the rear of the RF 100mm lens.

Yes, you'd have to have an extension tube in-between like I used here for this False Widow on my bathroom ceiling.
