I am sorry to hear that Richard....I had not thought of that possibility when I posted this.

The first episode is only 30 seconds long. The rest that I have watched so far is 2-3 minutes long but it is very interesting. The nest is 80 feet high in the air with a huge nest inside the tree, the nest is 15 inches in height which is plenty of room for the growing babies.

I tried finding this on my smart TV but was not able to do so.

Amazing. The short clip with a tree peppered with holes each stuffed with an acorn!

Yay Richard!! So glad you found another version from what I posted here. In what I found on the acorn holes the trees have thousands of holes for acorns!! The woodpeckers check the acorns to be sure they are tight in the holes. If a loose acorn is found the woodpecker will take the acorn out of that hole and put it in another hole making sure the acorn fits in the hole tightly by pecking on the acorn to see how tight it fits. If it fits tightly then fine, if it is not tight he will try to place the acorn in another empty hole.

The producers put cameras near the nesting holes, and another camera inside the nest to show the family life inside the nest!! So cool!!
