used to use mpix pro but they do no longer do a pro service what are your choices and why?

I primarily use Miller's. I've only had 2 problems over the years and they were quick to remedy them. They are pro only and own Mpix/Mpix Pro.
I've used Bay Photo a few times if I couldn't use Miller's for it, no problems.

i signed up there and ordered the complementary test prints which promptly screwed up in uploading so not a good way to start off with them

I print almost everything myself, but I've used Bay Photo in the past, with good results.

I've always used BayPhoto, for both personal and client prints. Zero complaints about the quality. I am impressed every time a print arrives.


With the impending forum closure, please consider joining the unofficial adjunct to the POTN forum, The POTN Forum Facebook Group (external link), as an alternate way of maintaining communication with our members and sharing/discussing the hobby.

Yeah, I also struggled. That was a few years ago. Don't know about today.

There is a desktop app that you download which handles all the image uploads, product selection, and design. It isn't the best, but I do prefer using the local app on my computer rather than doing everything online.
