Unless it was India, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and Newfoundland . . .

Hopefully, it will reset at the next change to DST.

Not so simple. It's 5'41" behind, and it's gone through more than a year of ST/DST changes like that.

I don't need it to tell time. There's a mantel clock in the same room. I just think things should work!

That does sound odd. Does it (or did it ever) connect to the Internet in some way?
A lot of devices get their clock synchronized from an Internet clock server & it could be that it's no longer connected or just lost it's setting for NTP (network time protocol) & is just drifting, as it were.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
TF posting: here :-)

I don't know its technical "anatomy" to say whether it connects to the Net. I suppose it could, since it connects to a telephone line. It switches between standard and daylight time on the right day, which would seem to mean it gets signals from some series that has the Naval Observatory at the far end (?).
