How can I make an EF Tamron 45mm f1.8 lens stay at F5.6 when removed from the camera. I plan to use it on a newly acquired EF-RF tilt shift adapter.

Sometimes it works by stopping it down to f/5.6 while you remove it from the camera.
But EF lenses aren't designed to support this kind of action, so it may not be reliable.
