workaround for lost RAW images

I had a portable hard drive die on me and it took some (future) client shots with it. I had the initial images from 2022 loaded into LRC already so I had them, but not the actual files.

The workaround: I just took screenshots of the gallery images then re-imported them into LRC and did the best I could to process. These will only be digital copies for her so I believe they will do the job.

Reinforces the need for redundancies in my backups...

might also be worth doing a file recovery on your memory card from the camera - it may have had various files written on it since then, but it's surprising what remains if the card isn't fully over-written.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
