It appears that the print dialog screenshot offers you the opportunity to apply printing marks to your print. Perhaps use these as a guide to your cut lines, instead of adding a border. Perhaps adding a border is causing some additional print size to be created. Also, is your printer set up for trying to print full-bleed? Sometimes printers have a dialog or choice of specifying the amount of print expansion to cover a full-bleed (all the way to the edge of the media) print. Maybe that is expanding your print area slightly. Often this option is part of the page set up (paper size) dialog, and, in Epson language, this is denoted as "borderless."
I am not familiar with the Canon printer or print options, so take these suggestions as just that!
