What kind of Hawk is this?

I am no bird shooter but this hawk has been showing up in my backyard recently so I thought I would get a couple clicks of it. What kind is it?

Looks like a red-tailed hawk to me. Lucky you :)

It looks like a red tail, but to be sure, get a picture of it's tail. :)

After a little research I believe it is the Broad Winged Hawk but not certain. Here is another pic of it.
