This will be for a photography student scanning medium format negatives. So even if its the older non-pro model that's ok. I know some of these have banding issues and that is actually also ok as long as the price reflects that. Not looking for a flatbed type scanner but a similar scanner to the optic film would also be considered. Thanks!
