Obviously slow lens at f8 but with the IS on lens and camera R7 no problem getting sharp photos in reasonable light

Certainly captured the details.

I'm assuming you do mean EM1-3. Both here & Flickr say R7
Obviously you've an adapter for that combo. Where did you obtain it?
I'm interested.
What's it like on more distant shots? Birds?
