Is there any way to change the background to a lighter grey like you can in Lightroom? Dark grey is killing me.

The only thing I can find that's remotely relevant is:
Tools -> Preferences -> View Settings -> Image Background Color

This gives you 4 choices from light gray to black. Problem is that it only works on the canvas background that the actual image sits on. The rest of the interface is still dark grays and blacks.
