Digital Speed Challenge #767: Musical Instrument

For this challenge I'd like to see a musical instrument. Extra points for showing it in an original way, taken from a different angle, with unique lighting etc. Also extra points for odd and unusual instruments.


This challenge begins when posted and ends at midnight GMT on 24 July 2023. Winner of this challenge will be announced shortly thereafter.

The Challenge Rules:

1. Camera: Any DIGITAL CAMERA is allowed.
2. Time: Any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.
3. Size: Please visit Image Posting Rules.
4. Post Processing: Do whatever you like, and the host will decide if it works.
5. Posting: ONE PHOTO per photographer per challenge. List camera model & lens used. Post brief EXIF data: ISO, shutter speed and aperture.
6. Commenting: No commenting during challenge. When the posting is closed and a winner declared, comments can be made in this thread.
7. Keep it clean, and both Family and Work safe.
8. Have questions, PM me.
9. Have lots of FUN!

Banjo

Well thanks everybody for the great entries in this comp. Tubas, Trombones, Guitars, Banjos, Clarinet (?). I liked them all, but it came down to two finalists, Oldcrow's Banjo, and RDWP's Symphony No.8.

I have to give it to the Banjo, with the perspective on those strings passing over the bridge.

Gee, I thought this ended at midnight on the 24. Early for a change. Well this would have been my entry into musical instrument.
Good choice as winning banjo is better than mine. Congrats to Old Crow! Next time I won't procrastinate.

Oh dear, did I stuff up. Time zones do my head in. We are 10 hours ahead og gmt so I waited until well after 10 am, on the 24th, but I see that is still a few hours early, I should have waited until the 25th.

Apologies TerryPink, and I really like your photo. It would have been well in contention.
