I'd like to buy a lightning trigger. I don't have a preference as to model or make. I would prefer one with a Canon cord

Jul 27, 2023 00:24 | #4 Do you need an ETTL trigger or a mere manual trigger? I have a Yongnuo wireless trigger from 10+ years ago. RF-602TX and RF-602RX. Interested? No original box. Used maybe one or two times.

I would prefer one with a Canon cord Out of curiosity, how do you intend to use it? If it’s for daytime lightning, like photographing the southwest monsoon storms, I’d definitely throw another vote to finding the lightning trigger that TheFloridaShooter mentioned. I have the lightning trigger IV, and it’s the real deal. My chase partner and I were shooting storms a few years ago, he had a knock off. Mine clicked off frame after frame, while his clicked off exactly none no matter how much he fiddled with it. It was in the trash within 2 days.
