I had a large amount of CR3 files from the R6 Mk II that I wanted to convert to JPG's to share with some friends. When I tried the File > Scripts > Image Processor it didn't recognize any of the files. The conversion worked fine in Bridge. I am using Photoshop Beta latest version. It doesn't work in PS 2023 either. Any ideas why this doesn't work? From the Adobe website:

The Image Processor works with Photoshop (PSD), JPEG, and camera raw files.

Do any of the following:

Choose File > Scripts > Image Processor (Photoshop).

Choose Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor (Bridge).

Forget the Image Processor for that task. Use Bridge/Camera Raw instead. Select all the CR3 files in Bridge, Open in Camera Raw, select all files again in Camera Raw. Then Convert and Save in CR (down arrow in upper right corner).

Fill out the dialogue box as desired (sRGB, quality 10, destination, etc.) and go. This Camera Raw routine is better and much faster than Image Processor. Works on raw and any other "flat" file. Won't work on layered Tifs/PSD. Need the IP for those.

Or if you would like to convert them with the camera settings as they were when taken, DPP can do bulk conversions as well.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

I converted them in Bridge without going to Camera Raw. I didn't need anything done at the time except to get JPG's to put on an Android tablet.

I don't use DPP much, and didn't think of that. I will try it next time.
