Oh, out of focus. Yeah, its annoying to attempt to focus on the little screen I have to work with on my camera. I'll try again i spose.

Typically the camera will blink a light and/or beep when something is in focus.

To be honest I don't know. But I do know one delicious Sweet Potato Recipe made with orange, we have it every thanksgiving. But now I'm getting hungry, so its time for some leftover porkchops. Let me know if you want that sweet potato recipe :)

Okey doke, here it is!

SWEET POTATOES AND ORANGE JUICE

Preheat oven to 375.
Cook and mash:
Sweet potatoes
Allow to every cup of potatoes:
1 1/4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange or lemon rind (see picture in beginning of thread)
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine these ingredients and place them in a baking dish or in hollow orange rinds made into cups, placed in a baking pan. Sprinkle the top with:

Brown Sugar
Paprika

Cover the dish or the cups closely. Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes in the dish, 15 minutes in the cups. Remove the cover and bake them until they are brown.

Helpful coversions for if youre making a lot (which you should):

1 cup=11 TB
8 TB = 1/2 C

ENJOY! THEY ARE DELICIOUS!

Thanks Issac. If you lived in LA I would ... I belong to a group, LAShooters ... we get togther and shoot every weekend and often times during the week ... we help each other grow. I used to be a photo journalist and I think a lot has to do with just shooting. Like most everything in life ... the more one does the better one gets. If you want some pointers feel free to email me direct:

Take Care
Gary

PS- I clipped and saved that recipe ... better be good! :<;)
