This was a quick snap from a last summer with a 17-85IS(sold).It was a photo hunt with my two friends...The number on the entrance is labeled with huge numbers and 3 digit numbers and 3 pedestrians,did kind of made an connection in my head...:)

Neat shot. I particularly like the long shadows of the hydrant and the people walking.

I like it. The number, as you say, is interesting, but it is the presence of both the hydrant and the people that make it special. The photo wouldn't have been half as good with just one of the two. :cool:

Nice composition! the shadows are great. I would probably have straightened it up a bit.
