Urban types ... we all want more people shooting and the streets are a great place to get to know your gear inside out and, with luck, then forget about it and just shoot.

So, what I'm thinking is we need a 'Streets 101', i.e. how to get the best from shooting your neighbourhood (and other peoples!) with a camera ;)

I reckon we can can see what people say and then after a while, if anyone can be arsed, we could take maybe the top ten tips and make a Poll asking people who shoot in this way only to choose their favourite tip from the list.

BUT, I don't want to waste my time if someone has done a similar thread in the past.

Do any of you remember anything?

Is it a good idea?

I remember nothing, but then, I rarely remember anything a'tall and I'm relatively new here.

I think it's a wonderful idea.
