Here's a shot I took today of a local footbridge. Unfortunately my camera was still set at ISO 800. I gotta learn to check that.

C&C welcome.

Nice shot, I like the dark sky. It's surreal:-)

I like this shot, the perspective is spot on. The noise gives it a grainy feel which kind of suits the shot......it would be good to see another with a lower iso....I also think that scene would be an excellent choice for an infrared pic.

I also like the perspective of the shot. Nice long shadows add interest along the white bridge. Nice B&W conversion too.

Great shot, i think the b/w works very well.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I agree the noise does make it look more like a traditional film print, but I think the ISO 800 is a bit too much. I did take some shots at ISO 100, but there are people visible on the bridge that sort of distract the eye. I have a feeling I'll be going back to re-do the shot. :)

For b/w conversion, I used two Hue/Saturation adjustment layers with the top one to desaturate and the lower one to adjust the effect. Not sure if this is the best way to do the conversion, but I find it's a relatively easy way to get the desired look I'm after.

grain is no problem in this shot for a black and white, but the color version probably suffered. like the composition a lot

I like the perspective. The bridge really comes out of screen like a 3D picture!
