Just got a G6...testing it out tonight

Took a few shots tonight just to get the feel for what this little guy can do. So far I think the quality is good for the size and type of camera. I admittedly have a lot to learn about maximizing the camera's potential. Let me know what you think.

Nice photos there - although I hate cats and photos thereof :-).

Thanks. I know a lot of people out there don't like cats all that much. That is part of the reason we bought G6 also, so that we can take it if we go out to dinner, etc. and don't feel like lugging our gear around.

Just got my G6 a couple weeks ago, and I've taken over 600 pictures on it. I've been quite happy with it in a variety of shooting conditions.

Wow! A lot of UW alumni here! I took my undergrad at UW too (Go Huskies!) :) It's spring again so I bet, the cherry trees come to life again. May i put UW too:)
