Nice colous in the shot.
I find the line in the top left corner and the line between the light and shadow a little distracting, but I can see why you composed the shot this way.

Looks like a flying and skidding ice cream. Hmmm. I don't know. Something doesn't look right to me. Did you drop it and kick it. Or did you drop it twice. Or did it bounce.

i didnt do anything! just found it on the pier!

Yes, I thought that was what made it look posed. Posed is fine. I quite like it. Maybe a Cat will lick the ice cream and a Dog eat the cone and we can all smile that the world is, after all, a happy place with order restored.
