Dave,

Thought this might bring back some memories ;) no comments about the IQ etc, was taken on camphone as you don't tend to lug your DSLR and lenses around your home town with 2 kids, mrs and folks in tow!

Gary ... I noticed!

Looks like we will be off to Wyton in July. Looks like that Mids/East England POTN meet might happen!

Damn, the CA on that new 24-70 L sucks Al :p

I definately remember the Carillion, of course. Brings back lots of great memories. I spent a lopt of time there, especially in Summer. I used to work at John Storer House just near the entrance to the park and had friends dotted all around that area and, myself, lived maybe 5 minutes away. Great town Loughborough. Everything on your doorstep and you can easily head out if you fancy some fresh air. Ah, memories, memories, memories matey ;) Thanks!

Know it all well. Can you remember the road you lived in?

I lived on Radmoor Road on corner with York Road, Storer Road on the corner with Paget street, Schofield Road and Havelock Street. I'd have thought you'd have noticed the circular blue signs on the walls or at least been on one of the guided tours ;-)a I used to frequent the Paget, Generous Briton, Swan in the Rushes, Barley Mow, Albion and the Griffin according to mood and company. I went out with a barmaid/art student from the Swan in the Rushes ;-)a Memories ...
