It's ok, but I kindof think the frame takes away from the picture somewhat by being too obvious, maybe. Of course, I could be wrong! :-)

Nice pic. Where did you actually focus? I think you should have focused on the yellow part inside the flower (I dont know what it is called). The red part of the flower is very clear but the yellow part makes it feel bit out of focus.

I like frames a lot, but this frame is too obvious (for me). I think this pic would look better with a simple line frame or maybe just a border. I think maybe the frame is just too fancy. Sorry if I'm not being very clear! Maybe someone else could give a suggestion about what type of frame would look good here?

I'm in the same place as you are: I'm trying to figure out what to do about framing, since many pics on this forum look amazing and very professional with frames, but I've never used them before.
