Still trying to find a deal on that 30D. Appears every reputable store is selling it at $1,399. Dell had it for a 15% off but that deal is gone now. I normally get most of my gears from B&H.

Anyone have any other suggestions on a deal from a reputable store?

B&H, use the psmar code. $1349. Roberts imaging lists them online @ $1399, but ad says there's a $150 instant rebate.

Thanks. Is there a "code" that I can use?

When you go to the B&H site, type psmar in the search box. Once you get the search results, choose canon within the mfg. box. I believe the offer @ Roberts imaging is a $150 instant gift card, and not a rebate.

Thanks crn3371.

I checked out the $150 distant gift card from Roberts but it does not provide details at all. Would be nice to use that $150 to apply to the purchase of the BG-E2 grip for the 30D which is listed on their site for $170.

Anyone know about the details on the $150 gift card?

Just called them. The $150 comes off the price instantly at checkout. Real price is $1249, but they said they're out. Big surprise, eh? They said, however, that if you order one today, it'll ship from their warehouse no later than Wed. Nice!

Ron, you're a card! You can cancel, you know? There is a button for that. :)

Here we go again with the interesting interpersonal relationships and the money we spend on our hobby. We should ring a bell every time a forum member buys something without telling his/her spouse. :)

Oh, I forgot to ask. Are you selling one of your 20D's then?
