It seems to give only 42KB corrupted file. Has anyone been able to download it succesfully?

I mailed canon.com and powershot.com webmasters about this - hope they fix it soon.

Good question.
I downloaded the previous 3.61 file before it was withdrawn from Canon's site, and it seems to work fine although I have find it a little awkward for saving Raw files withought converting them. I don't think I could email it to anyone because it is about 15MB. I look forward to seeing if Canon will put up an improved 3.61 version .

Unpacked the driver and found no new files since the last version, so expect no improvement of the raw converter.
If you have installed the previous 3.61, than you don't need to install this one.
