I think it's going to take a little while for me to get used to spring. Today I was so focussed on walking around enjoying the weather I had trouble putting alot of effort into taking photos. Still, I think two of em turned out not bad at all.

Rich I love the B/W conversion on the first one. How'd you do it? Lots of D and B? Excellent subject, literally a hole in the wall.

The lines in the second one are so vibrant, I get a headache looking at it:) It seems that phones are a recurring theme in your pics. They do make interesting subjects.

Great shots rich, I'd also like to know how you did the conversion?

Just some minor things: on #1, I think it would be good to get rid of the spire? sprouting out of the square and on #2 i'd get rid of the bottom black bit (clone some of the panel in or crop just above?- If you can do the first it would be better as it's nice to have the length of the phone stand).

More splendid shots Rich. These photo's have all the elements of pleasing shots- line, shape, texture, pattern, colours/tones, composition. Nice one. I see you just can't get away from the telephone booths ;)

Love the first shot, and without a doubt it has your sig all over it. I can almost spot your work immediately due to the mood. The second shot just because you like phone shots LOL Just kidding, second one is not your normal sig. The first one like most of your shots like this have a mood and feeling to them I can't describe yet. But very nice. Keep up the good work Rich.

I can see the same patterns in your work as Keiffer described. It's cool to see the car through the hole in the first picture. Neat shots.
