I have an older Albinar 90 MDT strobe. The botzilla pages indicate it should be OK to use on my G5: it's trigger voltage is apparently 3.2 v.
But I'm nervous about giving it a try.
Has anyone out there used this strobe/flash on their G3 or G5?
I'd appreciate any input/suggestions.
Many thanks.

I havn't used yours but I can't get any of my old non-dedicated flashes to work with my Canon G5 - it just won't trigger them.

It does work (manual only) with my E-TTL flash though.

A shame as I have a nice dinky flash that would go well with the G5.
