I don't want to BUY a lens that is no longer being supported. So would appreciate any and all sources of "mostly reliable" rumors, speculation or even better facts about the possibility of a new 200/1.8 coming out in the fall. So far the only semi-reliable rumor is of a 200/2, but that same source thought the new 85/1.2 II would be a 85/1.4, although they did get the date and focal length correct. That's better then where I had planned on renting it from at $45 per day, although I will probably stick to my first choice as I can pick it up from them the day I need it and return it the day after I am done (no shipping time).
