It holds my 2 flashes, 1Ds with 50mm on it, 17-40, 70-200 F4, 300 F4, 15mm fishy, pocketwizards, flash bracket, spare bits, chargers etc. The foam half underneath the pick n' pluck is undisturbed. I would like to find a way to keep the cushion yet stow my tripod and monopod whilst retaining cushion. Buy bigger than you need. people will always try to stop you doing the right thing if it is unconventional
