Can you 'un-picture style' them at post-processing? I like to keep my RAW shots raw. I hardly ever use Picture Styles prefering to go the PP route with photoshop et al.
They don't affect the RAW data, only the embedded JPEG and the histogram you see on review. DPP will apply, by default, the style selected when you took the picture, but you can override this when you convert to JPEG or TIFF. If you PP in other RAW processors the style won't be applied.
