Can you 'un-picture style' them at post-processing? I like to keep my RAW shots raw. I hardly ever use Picture Styles prefering to go the PP route with photoshop et al.

They don't affect the RAW data, only the embedded JPEG and the histogram you see on review. DPP will apply, by default, the style selected when you took the picture, but you can override this when you convert to JPEG or TIFF. If you PP in other RAW processors the style won't be applied.

Pictures Styles is certainly one of the options when using the Edit window in DPP but the styles are very different to the ones discussed here for firmware. The DPP styles are:
Standard
Portrait
Landscape
Neutral
Faithful
Monochrome

or am I missing something?

The 4 additional styles can be put in the folder C\Programs\Canon\DPP\icc and accessed with the "Browse" button next to the Picture Style box in DPP.

I downloaded the file to desktop then moved them into DPP.icc but the browse button doesn't bring them up until I go step by step to DPP.icc and then manually accept the file. Isn't there an easier, more automatic way to do this?
