With reference to the previous post "that gut wrenching feeling" I have found a 70-200 2.8 IS at an exceptional price (for us ripped off Aussies) at Centre.net.au.
Just wondering if any fellow aussies have purchased in the past from this mob and if they were OK.

i purchased things like batteries, printer accessories, etc. from them without any issue. i've generally sourced lenses from overseas during my travels. if i didn't leave the country so much, i suppose i wouldn't have any concerns about buying from them.

Thanks guys, D-D-Photographics looks good and they have them in stock, unlike most places at the moment.
They seem in very short supply out here unlike the non IS version.
