Newbie question..can I use Virtual Photographer in Elements?

I will be upgrading to CS2 in a couple weeks, but while I'm waiting, I would love to try out Virtual Photographer plug-ins. Can I use them with PS Elements? I couldn't find anything on their site about the programs it works with.
