I was just outside testing out different apatures in the night and this was one of the photos that i took, it looks a bit wierd to me what u guys think?

I would have preferred to see the city lights in the backround more, The flare from that light is the main focus of this shot and it doesn't do anything for me. try getting more of the city or just crop it something like this. JMHO.
