While out birding I caught this raccoon roaming the murky waters of the flooded forest floor. Tried to get down as low as I could without soaking myself too:lol: (I was wading/standing in 12-15 inches of water).

Hey Dan,
Very nice , tough perspective considering the water. Well done.
I would like to see a little more room on the left where the Racoon is going /looking.

Well done Dan, pretty wet up there eh? The low perspective really worked well for this shot.

Nice image Dan and different from the classic "in the tree" shot(s). I like the reflections as well...for one who knows the feeling of freezing cold water rushing in to his boots from an ice covered river, you should have been quite comfortable sitting down for this shot ;)

Well spotted and captured. The contrast of the raccoon's colours with the drab surroundings works well here and the subject is unusual enough to be very interesting.

 Good one Gary. Sometimes I feel like my lower right leg is still frozen! The things we'll do for a photograph...
