I really like the angle of this shot. Though, I think the colors could REALLY make this image pop, and since you approve of image editting, I gave it a shot.

I adjusted the curves, upped the contrast a little, and added a little Red/Green curve effect. What do you think?

It just looks like one of those film-y photos. And I really like that element.
Nice job.

heh nice! I like when people try their own things to my photos.

to tell you the truth, I work on a monitor which is just... well.. crap.
it's a laptop screen and has no real proper calibration so i do what i can do the shots :) I have no idea what they look like to other people! heh

Thanks for taking the time to play!

Thanks! Sandy

I like both versions. The 2nd version's sky is a bit blown out which I don't prefer, but still very cool edit!

Great work Sandra.

3rd edit better, but still like the clouds in the first one. Maybe inthe 3rd edit you could clone one of the other clouds for that emty space in the middle.

The origional is much better than either edit, the sky is too bright in both edits and in the first edit the sheep seem to have taken on a greenish cast. ( just my opinion of course )

I would have to agree with both of you as well...even though I did one of the edits myself. I like the clone the cloud idea but i am too lazy to try it myself right now. :)

The original shot works best with the nice detail in the clouds. This is replaced in both edits by a blown sky that is very distracting . As well the wire in the fence is distorted by the same highlites and the sublety of the entire scene is lost. I like to low angle you chose for this scene.

Your monitor must not be that bad. Nice work!

I like the original as the edits have the sky too blown out. I am not a PP expert, but is there any way to adjust just the sheep and leave the sky as is? That would really make the photo as I think the sky is great in the original.

Thanks for sharing.

How's this. Just a quick and dirty. Made a duplicate layer. Lightened one layer with Levels, then did a blend by erasing part of the darker layer. A little USM just for good measure.
