RAW pics in 640x480

My G2 is taking RAW pics in 640 x 480 !
Not sure if i did something. Also can't seem to find the setting to change this. I want to take RAW in the best res. of course.
I have only tried P mode so far.
Can anyone help pleeeeeeease?

just go to menu in recording modus, point L and thats it!

ok, now this is weird, I have opened up test pictures i shot in Irfanview (RAW taken in P, TV & AV mode) and under the information for the pics it is telling me they are 640x480 pictures.
So I have taken a look at the properties of the pics in zoombrowser, it says they are 2272x1704 !
I proceeded to convert into tiff and sure enough they are full Res.
Now I am wondering why Irfanview is saying that the files are 640x480?
At least my initial problem is over, now to figure out the Irfanview discrepancy.........

When you open crw file with irfanview (or any other software that recognizes the format) it shows a low resolution "preview" image - thumbnail. You see just a small picture that represents the raw file. To see the actual image, crw file has to be converted to tif or jpg first.
