Your image seems to be slightly over-exposed. Otherwise it has reasonably good composition and color balance. I would say that the lighting was pretty flat, resulting in a capture of the full range of tones, but that leaves you will rather low contrast. I would boost the contrast a little while holding the white point where it is and let the shadows and mid tones go a little further down in value.

If you want a critique on detail or sharpness please submit a full detail 100% crop.
