It looks fairly sharp, but it is not really possible to tell from a picture of this size. Slight bit of motion blur on the foreground leaves - was it breezy?

Whenever someone wants a critique on the sharpness of an image or any other issue of fine detail, it would be very helpful, if not essential, to provide a full detail 100% crop of some small portion of the image. For example, in your image above, find a small region where you have foreground material, mid-range material and background material and post a full detail 100% crop of a 1" x 1" portion of your original.

Aside from the issue of sharpness, your image is a beautiful landscape.

The lighting, the general interest, the composition, color balance and exposure all seem to be on the money.

the trees frame the fall nicely, but this screams verticle composition to me so I can follow the water down to where the water goes
